Ravioli & Gnocchi
Raymond's Ravioli are handmade with a turkey- and pork-based filling, boasting a robust flavor, enhance with fresh herbs, garlic, spinach, and additional seasonings. Our gnocchi are very traditional, crafted with a blend of flour, potatoes, eggs, oil, and water.
Price:
-Ravioli: $4.00 per dozen
-Gnocchi: $3.00 per dozen
Cooking directions: Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add ravioli or gnocchi and return to a boil. Remove ravioli once they are floating on the surface. Add red sauce, or a little butter, salt, and pepper, and enjoy!
Marinara Sauce
Our original recipe Marinara Sauce is made with fresh herbs and vegetables, and cooked on low heat for hours to allow the rich flavors to meld together into a truly decadent red sauce.
Price: $4.00 per pint
We recommend using one pint of sauce per 4 dozen ravioli.
Italian Hot Sausage
Our hot sausage has a medium "hotness" to it - perfect of the spicy enthusiast! Sold by the pound, this sausage is perfect for adding a little adventure to your breakfast or dinner plate!
Price: $7.00 per pound.
Cooking directions: Thaw overnight and place in skillet on medium high heat. Add about 1/4 inch water to pan. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until water is gone and sausage is fully cooked. Enjoy!
